At least three people were killed by Typhoon Chaba in South Korea on Wednesday, and the Ministry of Public Safety and Security expects the death toll to rise, Reuters reported. The typhoon hit Jeju, a resort island popular with Chinese tourists, with heavy winds and rain early Wednesday. South Korea's second-largest city, Busan, and Ulsan, another major city, were also hit hard by the storm.
